Documents that prove themselves.

Create, send and sign documents in one place. Every signed document carries a record that anyone can check, without logging in.

Bloom is a demo build from Bloomgard Enterprise. Signing and identity checks are simulated while we work towards a licensed signing partner.

(02) How it works

From draft to proof, in four steps.

  1. 01

    Draft

Start from a template, describe what you need, or build your own. Documents are structured forms, not loose PDFs.

  2. 02

    Send

Choose who signs, and whether they sign in any order or one after another. Each signature you ask for costs one credit.

  3. 03

    Sign

Each signer reviews the document, confirms it is really them, and signs. Every signature is checked on its own.

  4. 04

    Prove

Each step is sealed into a chain. A public page shows anyone whether the record is intact.

(03) The proof

Anyone can check it. No account needed.

A document sent as a PDF over email is only as trustworthy as the person who sent it. Here, every step is sealed with a fingerprint that includes the one before it. If anything changes afterwards, the public page says so.

The page shows who signed, when, and how. It never shows what the document says.

(04) What works today

Built around one question: is this real?

A public verification page

Every document has a page anyone can open to see who signed, when, and whether the record has been touched. No account needed.

A tamper-evident chain

Each step carries a fingerprint that includes the step before it. Change anything later and the chain breaks, visibly.

Several signers, in your order

Ask for signatures from many people at once, or one after another. The document only completes when everyone has signed.

A QR code on every document

Print it or share it. Scanning opens the verification page, with no app to install.

Revoke when you must

Senders can withdraw a document with a reason. Its verification page says so plainly.

Credits you can see

One credit buys one requested signature, and every credit used is listed against the document that used it.
